Card Payments

How card payments are handled

Payment is collected at the end of the appointment. Card and contactless payments are handled through secure payment processors, payment terminals, and/or mobile wallet providers. Breanna Jae LLC does not ask clients to submit full payment card numbers through this website, appointment forms, contact forms, email, or text message.

Please do not send payment-card details by website form, email, or text. This includes full card numbers, expiration dates, CVV/security codes, PINs, photos of cards, or magnetic-stripe/chip data.

Stored Information

What is kept in salon records

Salon records may include client name, contact details, appointment history, service notes, prices, payment type, totals, tips, and optional hair-profile details a client chooses to share.

Breanna Jae LLC does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers, CVV/security codes, PINs, PIN blocks, or full magnetic-stripe/chip data in the website, booking system, client profile, or general salon records.

Security Practices

How payment information is protected

  • Access to salon systems is limited to authorized business use.
  • Accounts and devices used for business records are protected with passwords or passkeys, and multi-factor authentication is used where available.
  • Business devices and software are kept reasonably updated.
  • Payment devices are kept under the stylist’s control and checked for signs of tampering or substitution before use.
  • Payment records are retained only as needed for business, tax, legal, or payment-dispute purposes.
  • If payment-card information is accidentally received through an unsafe channel, it will not be processed that way and will be deleted or redacted where possible.

Third-party payment services

Breanna Jae LLC uses third-party service providers for website booking, business records, card processing, mobile/contactless payments, and related payment services. These providers maintain their own security and compliance responsibilities for the services they provide.
