Text message support terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Breanna Jae LLC, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your salon services, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling or cancellation support, follow-up/customer care, and other service-related updates.

• Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per appointment, plus replies when you request support or continue a conversation.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees based on your plan.
• Reply STOP to cancel or unsubscribe from text messages. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation text and then no additional texts unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact Breanna Jae LLC at info@breannajae.com or (312) 685-1372.
• Consent to receive text messages is not required to book an appointment or purchase services.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How clients opt in

Clients can actively opt in before receiving SMS/text messages by selecting the optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox during booking. The checkbox is not pre-selected.
